Billing
Manage payment, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation.
ToShop bills through Stripe. Plan management, payment methods, and invoices all live in the same place.
Manage your subscription
Settings → Account → Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal where you can:
Switch plans
Free, Plus, Pro 30K, Pro 80K, Enterprise.
Update card
Or any other payment method.
Update billing email
And tax info.
Download invoices
PDF, sent to your billing email each cycle.
Cancel

Plan changes
- Upgrade — Takes effect immediately; you're prorated for the remainder of the current period and the new tier's quotas (Memory capacity, agent count, daily Credits) unlock right away. Already-used Credits aren't refunded.
- Downgrade — Recorded immediately, but the current month's Subscription Credits and tier benefits stay until the period ends; the new tier takes effect at the next renewal. Permanent Credits (from add-on packs) are unaffected.
- Annual ↔ Monthly — Handled at renewal.
Refunds
- 7-day money back — First-time subscriptions within 7 days, if you've used less than 30% of the period's Credits, are fully refunded to the original payment method. After 7 days or > 30% used, the remaining Subscription Credits are prorated and moved to your Permanent Credit bucket instead.
- Failed-task refunds — Platform-side failures (5xx, timeouts, tool HTTP errors) don't consume tokens. For tasks that completed but produced a clearly broken result, you can file an appeal; on approval the spent Credits are returned to your Permanent bucket.
- Add-on packs — Unused packs within 30 days of purchase are cash-refundable to the original method. Once any Credits from a pack have been spent, the pack is non-refundable.

Tax & invoices
EU VAT and US sales tax are added at checkout where required. To add a VAT ID or business name to invoices, use the Stripe portal Customer details section.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, Stripe will retry over the next few days. You'll get email notifications. After the retry window, the account drops back to Free (existing data intact).
