What "an agent" is
In ToShop, an agent is a persistent identity in your workspace. It has its own name, avatar, theme color, personality, skills, channels, and memory. You can keep several side by side: one for code, one for shop operations, one for personal stuff. Each one is fully independent.
Switch between them in the top toolbar — every agent shows its avatar badge in chat.
What the agent can do

Conversational tasks, with tool calls inline.
Routines
Long-running tasks on a schedule, on a trigger, or once at a future time.
Real tools
Files, an automated browser, screen capture and OCR, clipboard, terminal — plus everything in Skills and any extension you plug in.
How a task runs
Plan, act, observe
Your agent reads your goal, picks the right tools, runs them, and looks at the results. If something unexpected comes back, it adjusts and tries again.
